Thank you for supporting our Sonoma County lavender farm. We take great pride in handcrafting and carefully packaging our farm-made products. Please review our shipping policies below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

During peak seasons or special product releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on best rate and delivery speed.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday demand.

 
Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

 
Local Pickup 

If we offer local pickup at the farm:

You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Pickups must occur during posted hours at our Farm Shop.

Please bring your confirmation email when picking up.

 
Warm Weather Shipping Considerations

For heat-sensitive items (such as certain body products or culinary items):

We may recommend or automatically upgrade to faster shipping during high temperatures to protect product quality.

Additional charges may apply.

 
Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

Some oversized packages may require a physical address.

 
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

 
Incorrect or Damaged Orders

We want you to be delighted with your order.

If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email photos of the packaging and products to help us resolve the issue promptly.

 
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our farm-crafted and botanical products, all sales are final, except in cases of damage or errors If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

PAYMENT METHOD

We gladly accept cash and truly appreciate its use, as it allows us to retain the full value of your payment and keeps more money circulating within our local community and economy. We accept Apple Pay and major credit/debit cards for purchases made on-site at the farm. Checks are accepted by wholesale vendors only.

 

At this time, payments are processed only after you have checked in for your scheduled visit. Please check in with our staff upon arrival before making any purchases.
